If any of these sound familiar….
You don’t know why you feel alone in your relationship, and fear that something is fundamentally broken
You are using distraction (work, phone, substances) to avoid intimacy
You are healing from a betrayal, and wonder “How do I forgive them without betraying myself?”
You feel uncertain about your partner, and whether or not you really want to be in this relationship
You find yourself continuously choosing partners who need “fixing”, without even realizing it
You feel responsible for your partners emotions or recovery
You feel like you need alcohol or drugs to socialize or relax after a hard day
You fear you may be drinking or using too much, and don’t know what to do about it

How Therapy with me can improve your relationships, anxiety, and substance use
You can love your partner and still feel alone. Maybe there’s tension you can’t quite name, trust that feels fragile, or a quiet question about whether you’re truly happy. I help you slow the pattern down, understand what’s happening underneath the conflict or distance, and figure out what you actually want — not what you feel pressured to choose.
Anxiety can make everything louder. Racing thoughts, bracing for the worst, overanalyzing every interaction. It can be hard to tell what’s intuition and what’s fear. Together, we untangle that noise so you can feel steadier, clearer, and more grounded in yourself.
And if alcohol or other coping habits have become your way to take the edge off, even if it doesn’t look “serious,” we can gently explore that too. You don’t need a dramatic rock bottom to deserve support. We approach change with honesty, curiosity, and zero shame.

Therapy with me is both grounded and deeply human. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nine years as an actor in film and television, and that background in storytelling shapes how I listen. I pay attention not just to what you say, but to the themes, patterns, and emotional undercurrents beneath the surface. I’m warm, direct, and honest—never performative, never robotic. I won’t push you toward change you’re not ready for, but I will gently challenge the narratives that keep you stuck. Our work is collaborative, thoughtful, and steady—an intentional space to slow down, go deeper, and rediscover yourself.
-
Working with me feels warm, real, and engaged. I’m open about my own life in thoughtful, boundaried ways when it serves the work, and clients often say it feels like having a warm (but professional) friend in their corner. That said, you’re not paying me to be your “yes” person—you’re investing in your own growth. I’m direct and solution-focused, and I won’t shy away from hard truths or deeper layers. I believe lasting change happens when we get underneath the symptom and understand what’s driving it. Together, we go to the root—so the healing isn’t temporary, it’s sustainable.
-
My approach to anxiety therapy starts with honoring anxiety as a natural, intelligent part of being human. Anxiety isn’t the enemy—it’s a protective system designed to keep you safe. We don’t try to eradicate it (because we can’t). Instead, we work on changing your relationship to it so it’s no longer in the driver’s seat of your life. Together, we explore what your anxiety is communicating, how you respond to it, and what patterns keep it amplified. We also look at biological factors—sleep, hormones, nervous system regulation—treating anxiety from multiple angles so relief is thoughtful, sustainable, and deeply integrated.
-
My approach to couples therapy isn’t about keeping you together at all costs. My goal is to help each of you get clear on what’s true and right for you as individuals—because only when both people are aligned with themselves can the relationship truly work. We revisit what made you fall in love, explore where things shifted, and create a deeply personalized path forward. That may include rebuilding trust, restoring safety, and bringing back a sense of fun and friendship. We also examine attachment patterns and personality differences, fostering deeper understanding, compassion, and acceptance between you both.
I help you communicate in ways that feel honest rather than reactive, and accountable rather than defensive. Together, we slow down conflict cycles, identify core needs, and build practical tools that support long-term connection—not just short-term peace.
-
I work with people in the grey area of substance use—those who don’t need rehab or intensive outpatient treatment, but feel uneasy about their relationship with alcohol or drugs. Maybe you’re functioning well on the outside, yet quietly wondering, “Is this becoming a problem?” I don’t rush to label you or push you toward a change you’re not ready for. We move at your pace. Using my clinical experience, I help hold up an honest, compassionate mirror so you can see clearly what’s happening and decide what feels right for you—then build the clarity and confidence to follow through.
This work is rooted in acceptance and zero judgment. I know how scary it can feel to look closely at these patterns. You deserve a space where you’re met with honesty and compassion—and supported in becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.

I work from an integrative lens that blends depth therapy, Jungian and psychodynamic insight, Attachment-based work, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and solution-focused strategies. That may sound like a lot of jargon—but what it really means is this: we look beneath the surface.
Depth and Jungian work help us explore patterns, early experiences, dreams, and unconscious themes that may still be shaping your choices. Psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy examine how your past relationships influence how you show up in love, conflict, and connection today. ACT helps you build practical skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings without being controlled by them. Solution-focused therapy ensures we’re not just reflecting—we’re moving forward with clarity and action.
In simple terms, we both understand the “why” beneath your struggles and build the “how” to create change. The result is insight that’s meaningful—and tools that actually work in real life

I am happy to provide you a superbill each month to give to your insurance. Please check with your insurance about your out of network mental health benefits - many of my clients are able to get reimbursement from their insurance.
Why you should consider working with an “out of network” therapist:
No limitations on sessions. We can meet for as long as you need without having to worry if insurance will cut us off, or end coverage, which could abruptly end your care.
Allows me to offer you more flexible, personalized, and intentional care.
Helps me keep your information completely confidential, without needing to share diagnosis or notes with insurance companies.
Allows us to avoid surprise billing issues, which can lead to lapses in treatment.
Lets us focus on what’s best for you, not what insurance says is best for you!

My current private pay rates are $200 for individuals, and $250 for couples, and are subject to change. I offer a select number of sessions at a sliding scale rate for those who need to pay less and don’t have out of network benefits.
