In person Therapy in
Los Feliz, Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a city of contrast—expansive and isolating, inspiring and overwhelming, deeply creative and, at times, quietly lonely. People come here for possibility: to build something, to reinvent themselves, to chase a vision. And while that energy can be exciting, it can also create pressure—especially when life doesn’t look the way you imagined it would.
In relationships, Los Angeles can amplify both connection and disconnection. The pace of life, long work hours, and endless options can make it harder to slow down and truly invest in one another. It’s not uncommon for couples to feel like they’re living parallel lives, or for individuals to question whether they’re in the right relationship at all. There’s often a quiet tension between independence and intimacy here—wanting both, but not always knowing how to hold them at the same time.
Substance use can also take on a particular shape in Los Angeles. Socializing often revolves around drinking or other forms of escape, and there’s a cultural normalization of using something—whether it’s alcohol, cannabis, or work itself—to take the edge off. It can be subtle, even socially rewarded, which makes it harder to recognize when it’s no longer serving you.
And then there’s anxiety. In a city like Los Angeles, it’s easy to feel like you’re constantly measuring yourself against the people around you. You might notice yourself trying to fit into a version of who you think you’re supposed to be—what’s admired, what’s rewarded, what seems to “work.” On the outside, it can look like you’re keeping up. But on the inside, there’s often a quieter question lingering: Will I ever be enough? That kind of pressure can slowly pull you away from yourself, leaving you anxious, self-critical, and unsure of what’s actually true for you.
Therapy offers a space to step outside of that noise. To slow down, get honest, and reconnect with what actually matters to you—beyond the expectations and intensity that can come with living in Los Angeles.
In relationships, I work with both individuals and couples to explore what’s getting in the way of connection. Maybe you feel alone even when you’re together, caught in the same arguments, or unsure if you’re with the right partner. We’ll look at how your history, attachment patterns, and unspoken expectations are playing a role—so you can move toward more clarity, honesty, and connection, whatever that ultimately looks like for you.
With anxiety, I help you slow things down enough to understand what your mind and body are trying to tell you. Together, we’ll work on building a different relationship with your thoughts—one that allows for more space, steadiness, and trust in yourself.
When it comes to substance use, I take a nonjudgmental, flexible approach. You don’t have to label yourself or commit to a specific outcome to start therapy. Whether you’re sober-curious, worried about your habits, or feeling conflicted about change, we’ll get curious about what role substances are playing in your life—and what you might actually need instead.

About Me
I can help you feel in control of your life again. I’m not a blank-slate therapist, and I’m not overly clinical. I’m real with you — and I’m gentle. My background in acting taught me how to truly step into someone else’s world, to understand what’s driving them beneath the surface. That’s how I sit with you. If you’re anxious and living in your head, unsure whether it’s intuition or fear… if your relationship feels tense or trust has been shaken… if your drinking or coping doesn’t look extreme but still doesn’t feel right — we slow it down together. I’ll help you untangle what’s actually happening, without shame or pressure. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to be honest, and I’ll meet you there.
